Postage Policy:

Our opening time is
Monday till Friday
8 am - 17 pm
except for bank holiday weekend and all public holidays.
All orders made till 5 am will be shipped the same day.
Our chat service works every day between:
8 am - 8 pm
We offer different postage options which you can see on the check-out menu. The different delivery is optional depending on our customer needs. We post all our mail with Royal Mail.
Free Second Class Delivery On All Orders or First Class Delivery
Return Policy:
Our return policy is 30 days from the delivery time. We will give a full refund if the item you received is different from the description. A refund will be given after we received the item back in the same condition we send it to you. Please contact us before shipping any items back. Most of the time we can help you with resending the item to you if we post the wrong product. Keep the original letter in case you need to return something to us, to avoid paying for shipment.
